Hydrotherapy is a form of therapeutic exercise performed in warm water, utilising the properties of the water to assist in treating various chronic conditions. One of the major benefits of hydrotherapy is that is occurs in an environment which reduces the load on weight-bearing joints, becoming a great alternative for those that suffer from joint pain, poor mobility and low cardiovascular fitness.
Hydrotherapy is suitable for individuals with:
