We're delighted to introduce you to registered psychologist, Ally Pullen, who has joined Our Medical North Lakes.
Ally is Masters qualified and provides a comprehensive range of psychological assessment and therapeutic services for individuals aged 4 to 70 and beyond. Ally supports clients presenting with emotional regulation difficulties, family and relationship challenges, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, trauma, phobias, those engaged with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and more.
Ally's therapeutic approaches include evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. For younger clients, play therapy techniques are also offered. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique needs through a person-centred, compassionate, and flexible approach.
Ally also conducts a wide range of psychological assessments, including those for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, personality, memory, cognitive functioning, vocational skills, and learning difficulties.
