The clinic is closed earlier than expected this afternoon. A slight mishap with moving some things around has resulted in a hand injury.

We are taking some time off, and the clinic will be closed until July 30th. Please feel free to add yourself to the waitlist for a cancellation appt, the first availability is Monday, 11th August, though.

A new clinic is on the horizon. The necessity to transform, update and renew brings Clinic2.0 planning one step closer. This exciting evolution is a testament to the power of growth and transformation. Behind the scenes, many changes have taken place in my personal life, and these are now converging with my professional life and career.

🪷A VibraSound Sound Bath Lounge has been introduced to the clinic, and its benefits in calming the Vagus nerve and promoting relaxation are already being felt. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the clients who have enthusiastically tried this innovative therapy during their massages, and to those who now request it as part of their appointments 🙂 🙏👐. I am currently doing a course in Acoustic Therapy to help this new modality enhance the experience of the Sound Bath Lounge 🥰👐

🪷Next on my agenda is the introduction of Japanese Head Spa, a luxurious and essential experience that offers numerous benefits, including deep scalp cleansing, improved hair growth, reduced stress, enhanced sleep quality, increased mental clarity, and overall well-being. There is training to complete to bring you this jewel of a treatment that I am so looking forward to share.

My vision for the new clinic includes two treatment tables, a reception area, and a relaxation space, all designed to provide a serene and rejuvenating environment for my clients and myself.

I still have the health fund rebates HICAPS and eftpos machine, so please make use of your health insurance, for those that have "Extras Cover" included.

As I embark on this exciting journey, I am filled with anticipation and gratitude. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work towards realizing my vision, with a projected completion timeline of two months.

🤦‍♀️There is a lot of 'Spring Cleaning' to get the space ready & updated which requires the help of tradies to make the space look tickety-boo leading to the 'projected' timeline.

🙃 Forgive me if the planets don't quite align with trades attending and the projected completion month. The current clinic is running without disruption 🙂 Huzzah!!

🐶 Duke is still running the Border Security/Customs Sniffer Pupper and greeting role plus keeping Mumma on her toes with his snack allowance/per client ratio 😉

today. A beautiful sunny day 🌞 winds were down for most of the day and 3 loads of towels were washed. Mostly 3 peg requirement towel day, although I'm waiting for the lady in No. 71 to ask if I'm the owner the blue towel in her yard after yesterday's winds🤔 😬🤣🤣

Happy to have that much washing to do... it means I have customers 😁

Wind is up now and the temperature has dropped to 14° with 10° expected overnight 😳 please stay warm, use the air con to warm the room a little before sleeping. Use a hot water bottled to warm your pillow and shoulder area on the bed before hoping in to sleep. I've lost count how many people are having neck complaints with this cold weather.

Please remember to wear a scarf or jacket with a collar that can protect your neck during the day or evening and stop the chilly air and winds from letting your neck and shoulders get cold and stiffen up 🙏

Where's Total Muscle Harmony today? 🤔
Well, glad you asked! 😊

Tuesday morning's are allocated for Admin time and today I went into the CBD 🥶 and attended the exhibition called:
BODY WORLDS: The Anatomy of Happiness.
How joy lives and breathes within the human body.

🦴 Explore real human specimens and iconic whole-body plastinates.

Each specimen is a real person whom have left their body to Gunther Von Hagen (a German Anatomist) to use their body for this amazing process of remove layers of fascia, tendons, organs etc to create these display and allow us to see how the body works, how emotions and happiness impact on the body, how surgery shape the way we move etc.
I will post a few pics for you.

My personal favorite are things like how the central nervous system impacts on the body, the Vagus nerve, Sympathetic (Flight, Fright and Freeze response) and Parasympathetic (Rest and Digest response) Nerve. It's amazing to think how much stress plays a part on the body, can reduce your life expectancy and your joy 😊

So, considering some of the wonderful scientific study effects on the body from not having joy in your life, do what you want to do and what makes you happy.

I'll break down some of these points in the pics later...
