Awesome first day of Medkey Masterclass training with the amazing Chris Mortensen from NS Health Australia and my fellow praccies!
Nothing beats experiencing these live workshops with Chris, he shares so many golden nuggets of invaluable information.
I have the utmost respect for Chris, he really is the guru of our incredible Medkey technology, and I am so grateful I get to be one of the lucky ones who get to learn from him this weekend, these workshops don’t come along very often, so I am excited to attend whenever I can.
Grateful too to spend time with all these beautiful people as well. 🥰
Can’t wait for tomorrow’s session and bringing all my new knowledge back into the clinic to help all my beautiful clients even more! 🥳🥳

What a spectacular sunrise to greet me today! This was the view from my patio this morning, like a “Good morning Lou!” greeting from God, such a blessing to be able to see it. ☀️
Getting sunlight directly onto our eyeballs when we first wake in the morning is a great way to get our brain activated for the day.
When we don’t, it can affect our mood, sleep patterns and brain function……all day.
Alli Worthington suggests putting your feet on the floor when you first wake up and saying “Today, I lead with intention!”
…..then get some sunlight….before picking up your phone….before reading messages or checking social media or emails…..look up…..greet the new day……set your intention…..your body will thank you for it.

So grateful for this opportunity to join Theresa Schreck Croft as we discuss pain and how God wastes nothing that happens in our lives, even the hard things.
Last week, I was told by my orthopaedic surgeon that I need a knee replacement. I have managed the pain in my knee for the last 5 years with our incredible Medkey technology and Renu28, but the time has come where a more permanent solution is now needed. Unfortunately, this also means that I will need 3 months off work to recover.
At the end of September this year, my lease on the clinic at North Lakes will end. I will be closing the clinic and then having my surgery and taking the remainder of the year off to heal.
As you all know, it has been my greatest passion to take care of all my beautiful clients and to positively impact and help to heal as many lives as I can, as God has worked in and through me in this healing space He created and the Medkey He placed in my hand, and that has always been the assignment God has given me since my own breast cancer surgery, an assignment I have deeply loved, one that has been so incredibly rewarding for me.
Now, it’s time to take care of me.
At this stage, I am unsure what will happen after my recovery, whether I will continue with the clinic at a new premises, or whether God has something new planned for me, but I will be using this time for physical healing, spiritual restoration and deep rest in Him, seeking His Voice above all others and asking Him what He wants me to do in the next season of my life.
I know He has the perfect plan for me where He will best utilise my gifts and talents to bless and impact others as He works in and through me, and I want to follow where He leads, so that my life aligns with His Will.
If you have been following my page and watching from the sidelines, if you have been thinking about having treatment with me, now is the time to take that next step while I am still here and available to help you.
The next three months will go fast and the space for appointments is limited, but there is a lot we can do in three months to get your pain under control and your health back on track.
To all of my clients, especially those of you who have always been so steadfast, loyal and supportive and who have been with me from the very beginning over the last 7 years, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. Your love and support and encouragement has always meant so very much to me, more than you know, and is something I have never taken for granted and have always been so incredibly thankful for. You have all been such a blessing to me. I hope I have blessed your life too in some small way.
To my beautiful husband and our family, I could not have done any of this without their love, support and encouragement all the way, they never gave up on me and have cheered me along the whole entire way.
To my beautiful friends who have always believed in me, loved and supported me to keep going even when it was hard, you know who you are, to just say thank you will never really express my deepest gratitude.
Most importantly of all to God, without Whom NONE of this would ever have existed, all glory and honour goes to Him Who gives me strength in all things.
I have no idea what is next for me or for the clinic, but I am fully surrendered to God. The only thing I know with absolute certainty, is that He loves me completely and that He is deeply invested in every detail of my life.
So while my future may be unknown to me, I know with absolute confidence that I can trust an unknown future to a known God, and I am looking forward with Holy expectancy to see what He will do in this next season of my life.
I will keep you all updated over this time and share whatever the Holy Spirit places on my heart as it comes to me.
Stay tuned, I feel this is going to be quite a journey God has planned, He never ceases to amaze me, every single day.

What would you tell your 6th grade self?
I think I would say “Who you are will always be enough and exactly the you that is meant to be in this world; stress less and enjoy more, life will always workout; greet every day with excitement and holy expectancy; laugh a lot; and most importantly place God at the centre of everything you do, He knows the way, so relax and enjoy the ride.”

When I started on this journey, I was coming through my own healing experience, working my way back from breast cancer. I understood cancer diagnosis, surgery for bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction, the pain, rehabilitation and recovery associated with that and how all this affected not only the patient physically and emotionally, but also those around us who love us the most.
It opened my eyes to what God’s plan is for my life, heightened my sense of awareness of others in ways beyond anything I could ever have imagined, and set me on a path of self-discovery and ultimately a complete career change – I knew God had spared me from cancer to do more with my life, that He had a plan and that I just had to trust His process.
For me, this has been an incredible journey of learning and growth – learning about Physiokey and the dramatic effect neuromodulation technology can have not only on relieving pain, but on the body system as a whole; learning about myself, who I am and why and how I can use what I’ve learned to help others; learning about my innate God given gifts that give me the ability to understand my clients and to assist their healing journey.
When I created Emmaus Health and Wellness, I didn’t want to build just another clinic, I wanted to create an experience, a sanctuary, a beautiful healing space of restoration where people could come and be seen, loved and nurtured, given a voice and be heard, mentored and supported, encouraged to grow beyond what they ever thought was possible and to treat their pain at the source – physically, spiritually and emotionally. A place where time stops, a place that once experienced, you would want to return to again and again and again.
This is health care like you’ve never experienced before.
Everything you need is within you and I can help you find it.
So come journey with me, let me take you by the hand and we’ll walk this walk together.
