As I start my Christmas holidays, I am in awe of what God has done as I reflect over this year - new clinic, new knee, new beginnings - just to name a few.

While I celebrate all the amazing things that have happened in my own life this year, I also know that there is so much going on in our world right now, things that we can all struggle to understand why and find no answers, things that we personally can’t do anything about, things that make no sense at all.

In Hebrews 11:1 we are reminded that “Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus I encourage us all to remember, that even in the hard, God is with us.

“The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”).” - Matthew‬ ‭1‬:‭23‬ ‭NIV‬‬

In a world so desperate for hope, there is one thing we all can do, it costs nothing and has a huge impact - we can all be light and love wherever we are.

There is an old song that says “What the world needs now, is love sweet love, no not just for some, but for every one of us.”

My prayer for us all this Christmas, is that we will all put down our phones and be intentional with whoever is in front of us….in our families, our communities, our businesses, our Churches….wherever you are, be present, be light, be love……that’s something we all can do…..and it’s free for everyone.

Imagine if we all just did that….how impactful that would be on our world.

As I wrap up this year, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas. I pray you get an opportunity to rest and restore, to spend time with and appreciate your loved ones.

I look forward to helping you all achieve amazing health in 2026 and continuing to shine my own light and love in whatever ways I can.

Thank you all for all your love, support and encouragement for me and for my business, it means more to me than you know and I am beyond grateful.

Our Story

When I started on this journey, I was coming through my own healing experience, working my way back from breast cancer. I understood cancer diagnosis, surgery for bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction, the pain, rehabilitation and recovery associated with that and how all this affected not only the patient physically and emotionally, but also those around us who love us the most.

It opened my eyes to what God’s plan is for my life, heightened my sense of awareness of others in ways beyond anything I could ever have imagined, and set me on a path of self-discovery and ultimately a complete career change – I knew God had spared me from cancer to do more with my life, that He had a plan and that I just had to trust His process.

For me, this has been an incredible journey of learning and growth – learning about Physiokey and the dramatic effect neuromodulation technology can have not only on relieving pain, but on the body system as a whole; learning about myself, who I am and why and how I can use what I’ve learned to help others; learning about my innate God given gifts that give me the ability to understand my clients and to assist their healing journey.

When I created Emmaus Health and Wellness, I didn’t want to build just another clinic, I wanted to create an experience, a sanctuary, a beautiful healing space of restoration where people could come and be seen, loved and nurtured, given a voice and be heard, mentored and supported, encouraged to grow beyond what they ever thought was possible and to treat their pain at the source – physically, spiritually and emotionally. A place where time stops, a place that once experienced, you would want to return to again and again and again.
