Ground Your Vata Energy with Breathwork

When Vata energy is high, you might feel scattered, anxious, or ungrounded—like the wind is carrying you in too many directions. A simple way to restore balance? Deep, intentional breathwork.

Try this: Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
🌿 Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
🌿 Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale deeply through the left.
🌿 Close the left nostril with your ring finger, release the right nostril, and exhale.
🌿 Inhale through the right, switch, and exhale through the left.
🌿 Repeat for 5+ minutes, slowing your breath with each cycle.

This practice calms the mind, soothes the nervous system, and brings you back to center—perfect for when life feels too fast or overwhelming. Give it a try and let me know how you feel!

- Reflect—What have you achieved this cycle? What needs releasing?
- Let go of limiting beliefs, stress, or anything weighing you down.
