It’s a structured, coach-led progression with Mitch & Kiera—breaking down exactly what you need to do, whether you’re chasing your first rep or refining your movement under fatigue.
Pull-ups.
Handstands.
Broken down properly. Built back up stronger.
🔹 Block 1: Rig Work (10–12pm)
Pull-ups, kipping, control, strength
🔹 Block 2: Handstands (1–3pm)
Positions, balance, confidence upside down
Then you leave with a 4-week program so this actually sticks.
