Unbound Athletic offers 24 CrossFit classes and an aditional 13 classes in HIIT, GRIT, Strength and Skills as well as over 70 hours of open gym each week. We also offer personalised programs, nutrition coaching, 1 on 1 personal training and supervised creche to suit the individual needs of all of our members.

We start by dialing in front squat mechanics โ€” lighter percentages, perfect positions, and building strength through control. Pair that with tempo rows to fire up the upper back and keep those positions strong.

Then we hit a two-part conditioning piece designed to test midline stability, shoulder endurance, and engine.

Expect the core to light up with toes-to-bar and wall walks, while the dumbbell work keeps the heart rate climbing.
