New to CrossFit? Read this twice.
You don’t need to be fitter.
You don’t need to be stronger.
You don’t need to “keep up”.
You already belong.
Ask questions — that’s how you learn.
Scale when you need to — that’s how you progress.
Stay patient — strength, skills, and conditioning take time.
Classes build fitness.
Skills are built outside of class.
And a few extra minutes goes a long way.
CrossFit isn’t something you earn your way into.
It’s how you get fit in the first place.
