I have been looking for a beautiful smudging wand since receiving a massage from
Symon Hawaiian Fusion and I came across the beautiful Jade from The Held Space
I gave her an idea of what I was after and she went to work creating this masterpiece.

Truly could not be happier with everything she included in the box.

After an amazing weekend of massage and nurturing in Hahndorf with Sue Shaw Wellbeing and Symon from Hawaiian Fusion, I really believe I have found my calling.

I definitely would not have started this journey if it wasn’t for Denise from Dee's Holistic Health. Dee truly is an amazing woman with a true gift and it was with her encouragement I stepped out of my comfort zone and ended up at High Spirits Retreat where I met some beautiful people who took me under their wing.
Neikah Verlinden and Lorin Thorp you 2 ladies are amazing. Thank you so much for your patience and guidance, I’m forever grateful.

Onwards and upwards. ❤️🌺🙏🏼

What an amazing weekend at Senses Day Spa at Hahndorf House B&B
Definitely could not have happened without the planning experience, energy and passion of Sue Shaw Wellbeing and the support and passion from Symon from Hawaiian Fusion.

Holding a safe space and providing a beautifully heart opening massage for the ladies that attended was truly special. 🤗🙏🏼

I’ve made the trip all the way to Adelaide to catch up with Sue Shaw Wellbeing and Hawaiian Fusion.
And a trip to Senses Day Spa at Hahndorf House B&B to have a look at the retreat space.

As you drive through the front gates of Hahndorf House you are invited to leave your reality behind and step into a space where you are the most important person there.

I’m looking forward to being part of an amazing team and being able to provide a wonderfully safe and nurturing space for the lucky ladies who are coming along for the weekend.

Meet the amazing team who will be pampering your every need on this weekend escape in SA.

So many women and clients have been asking me when I'll be running retreats again and then this happened. It's always been great working with Damir from Hahndorf House B&B when I've run retreats at his beautiful property in the past. His attention to detail is on point, just the way I like it lol!

The stars aligned perfectly to have Dennis from Healing Hands Bodywork come over from Queensland to assist for the weekend by giving his incredible Kahuna full body massages, which I've experienced first-hand, and also SA's only male Hawaiian massage therapist, Symon from Hawaiian Fusion who will be offering Lomi Lomi full body massage as part of the many luxurious gifts you'll receive during the retreat weekend.

The food is being catered for with love, and home-made by Rob from Back 2 Basics Traditions, who brings back the feelings of sitting around the table with family, sharing stories, and enjoying every morsel of food.

It was interesting to step back and realise that this Women's Retreat is being held by males, all of whom I totally trust and have full faith in so I know you'll adore them too and feel so safe and comfortable in this divine container of bliss.
