Your pelvic floor muscles play an important role in supporting the bladder, uterus, and bowel, helping with everyday functions like bladder control and core stability.

Strengthening these muscles can be approached in different ways. Pelvic floor exercises, such as Kegels, may help over time with consistency, while treatments like EMSELLA offer a non-invasive option performed in a clinical setting to stimulate muscle contractions.

If youโ€™re noticing symptoms like leakage, heaviness, or pelvic discomfort, itโ€™s worth seeking professional advice to understand the most appropriate support for you.

Your cycle is closely linked to your hormones, and stress can play a significant role in how those hormones function. When the body is under ongoing stress, it can affect ovulation and disrupt the natural rhythm of your cycle.

This may lead to changes such as irregular periods, delayed cycles, lighter or heavier bleeding, or even missed periods.

While occasional changes can happen, ongoing or noticeable differences in your cycle are worth paying attention to. Your body is often signalling that something needs support.

If youโ€™ve noticed changes in your menstrual cycle, a discussion and proper evaluation can help identify the cause and guide the right care.

โœจ Book a consultation or reach out today, your cycle is an important part of your overall health.

Why Vaginal pH Balance Matters ๐Ÿ’›

Your body works hard to maintain a natural environment that supports vaginal health. Factors like hormonal changes, your menstrual cycle, antibiotics, and certain hygiene products can affect this delicate balance.

Watch out for signs that your vaginal pH may be disrupted:

- Unusual discharge
- Persistent itching or irritation
- Unpleasant odour
- Discomfort during daily activities

If you notice ongoing changes, a gynaecological consultation can help determine the cause and guide you toward the right care.
