We’ve been practicing the Sivananda sequence since the beginning of the year, and the improvement we’re seeing doesn’t come by chance. It comes from repetition and growing body awareness.

Each time we move through the same sequence, the body learns. The muscles respond more efficiently, the joints move with more ease, and the breath becomes steadier.

For some of us, this was the first time exploring inversions. For others, it now feels as natural as walking. šŸ˜‰

Wherever we’ve started, we’ve all moved forward and that’s what matters.

At Balance Club Yoga, we offer class passes designed to fit your life, not the other way around.

No lock-ins.
No pressure to ā€œuse it or lose it.ā€
No guilt on the weeks life gets full.

Because between work, energy levels, kids and everything else… committing to a fixed routine isn’t always realistic. And yoga shouldn’t become another thing on your to-do list.

Our class passes are here to simplify things.
You book when you’re ready, show up when you can, and enjoy your practice without overthinking it.

Some weeks you might come more often.
Other weeks, you might not make it at all, and that’s okay.

This is about creating a practice that feels supportive, sustainable, and actually enjoyable.

Class passes are available online or in the studio and they apply to all regular classes (workshops not included).

And for a little extra motivation… purchase a class pass during the month of May and receive double entries into our Autumn Movement Project šŸ‚

Every Monday at 5:15pm join us for "Hatha/Yin". It is the perfect blend of gentle strength and deep rest ✨

We move slowly through simple, grounding postures (Hatha), then soften into longer, supported stretches to release tension and calm the nervous system.

It’s the kind of practice that leaves you feeling both refreshed and deeply relaxed šŸ¤

A reminder that this practice travels with you, anywhere!

ā€œI did [a lot] of yoga when I was on board the ISS, and it’s actually not that hard to do,ā€ she said. ā€œIn some ways, way more fun to do ... There are some poses that are tough. The standing poses I don’t necessarily get as much out of. But a lot of the stretching poses are great.
