New Class Alert 🚨🚨 YOGA with PROPS
Join me for a slower, more mindful style of practice where props become your support and your guide. In this class we use straps, blocks, chairs, bolsters and walls to explore each posture with confidence and intention.
Yoga with Props is not about making it easier and it's not lazy yoga either, it is about creating space, stability and deeper understanding of our bodies to find our own alignment by awakening the right muscles and more with awareness and ease.
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to discover new ways of mov, refine their practice and feel supported in every pose.
