Storm’s passed, nerves are still catching up. If Koji left you feeling a bit off-balance, yoga is a great way to reset. Moving the body, calm the mind, and find your centre again.

Yoga poses often seem unattainable at first, but with consistent practice, anything is possible. If you aim to achieve a complex pose like an advanced backbend or arm balance, remember that the journey is just as important as the destination. Practicing foundational poses and building strength and flexibility gradually will take you closer to your goal.

For beginners, start with modified versions of challenging poses to build your base strength. Over time, as your muscles grow stronger and your balance improves, you will be able to perform more advanced variations. Don’t rush the process; consistency and patience are key in yoga.

By practicing regularly and paying attention to alignment and form, you’ll be able to achieve your yoga goals. Every step, even the small ones, will help you grow in your practice. Keep moving forward and trust the process. 🌿🌸

Tomorrow’s Yoga at The Balance Club 🌿

Start your morning strong with Power Yoga at 9:30am. This is a dynamic, breath-led practice to build strength, focus, and steady heat in the body.
Come ready to move and work and bring a towel!

Then in the evening, soften and unwind with Jacinta at 5:30pm for a Vinyasa flow followed by deep relaxation. A balanced practice to release the day and settle the nervous system.
