Lia has joined our 📍 Essendon and St Kilda clinics 🤗
and is an experienced physiotherapist with experience in multiple sports, trauma orthopaedics, neurology and intensive care, which gives her a well rounded knowledge base to help you improve your injury

Welcome Chloe! Our newest remedial massage therapist 💆🏻‍♀️

If you haven’t yet met Chloe, is a highly skilled Remedial Massage Therapist who has been working with athletes in many capacities for most of her life

A dancer before she even knew how to walk, Chloe worked with extremely prestigious ballet companies in Australia and the USA 🩰

After moving back to Melbourne in 2021, Chloe later began Taekwondo, where she became State Champion in 2023 and competed in the National Championships in Perth 🥋

Being around a variety of different athletes has helped her learn the different injuries that can come from extensive sports activities and she’s extremely adept at helping nurture athletes back to top condition, no matter what their sport may be.

Extremely adaptable with many styles under her belt, Chloe can even work on general aches and pains with Trigger Point Therapy, Relaxation Massage, Remedial and Deep Tissue. She takes great care in learning your needs and adjusting her therapy accordingly, in order to achieve what you want. 🫶🏻👏🏻🙌🏻

Happy 3 year clinic anniversary to our wonderful remedial massage therapist Kylie 👸🏼

If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Kylie, she is an extremely passionate Remedial Massage Practitioner, who has a keen interest in your health and wellbeing

Her specialties include the reduction of your myofascial pain and increasing range of motion throughout the musculoskeletal system. 💪🏻

Kylie achieves this through application of techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Transverse Friction, Myofascial Tensioning and Stretching. She enjoys treating your neck, shoulder and hip related issues in your body. 💆🏼‍♀️

To help you fix your aches and pains, Kylie can perform various types of massage including Remedial, Deep Tissue, Sports and Relaxation. Her treatments offer a high level therapeutic touch and he can apply pressure tailored to suit your individual needs. 🙏🏻

What an epic morning at Windy Hill we had doing an on field PD session 🤗

We covered:
🔘 Sprint technique and drilling
🔘 Acceleration and max velocity
🔘 Return to change of direction
🔘 What to look for post lower limb injuries

Then we headed back to the (epic) clinic gym and went over clinical testing and benchmarks to guide return to run/sprint

We pride ourselves on continued education to ensure when you see us you get the best care possible using the latest research and technology 🙏🏻
