With summer coming up it’s a great idea to think about what activities your family wants to do and find ways to make these happen. Knowing about the locations of different beach chairs is a great start!

How fun and refreshing is a day at the beach?! 🌊☀ Beach wheelchairs make it possible for people with mobility limitations to explore the sandy shores up close.

Beach wheelchairs are available at a number of Victoria's coastal parks, including Wilsons Promontory National Park, Point Nepean National Park, Cape Conran Coastal Park and Coolart Historic Area.

The following are my target suburbs, but others will be considered with negotiation. For equipment prescription, or infrequent long appointments, regional and rural clients will also be considered.

Welcome to Up and About Paediatric Physiotherapy. My name is Jo and I am a paediatric physiotherapist with 15 years experience in working with children with a wide range of conditions requiring physiotherapy.

My focus is on getting children, particularly those with disabilities, 'Up and About' through the following services

- equipment prescription (wheelchairs, walkers, standing frames)

- promoting participation in sports, recreation and play activities depending on the age and interests of the child

- getting kids back on their feet following an accident or surgery e.g. getting children with cerebral palsy following SEMLS

Services will primarily be provided after hours and on weekends to address the needs of children attending school and working parents.
