MY JOURNEY: Due to a medial meniscus tear in 2020 I was recommended a meniscectomy ▶️surprised at the treatment plan which I did not agree with I walked away▶️I figured I'd treat it myself ▶️ fast forward 5 years and I am back to applying heavy loads on my joints and with virtually no pain at all! Yes, 35 may not seem "old" however as I step into the next chapter my life it is becoming common theme amongst people I speak to on a day to day basis that their activity levels have diminished significantly
