Did you know? Over 80% of disabilities in Australia can be invisible*

What can you do?
✅ Listen with empathy
✅ Believe people's experiences
✅ Avoid assumptions

As we recognise Invisible Disabilities Week (19-25 Oct) established by Invisible Disabilities Association, it’s an important reminder that not every disability has visible signs and that support shouldn’t depend on what we can see.

Remember kindness doesn’t require proof.

Hit the lemur pose this spring ☀️

Fun fact: Did you know Lemurs sit in a "yoga-like" position, also known as "sun worshipping", to maximize sun exposure to warm up.

Take a cue from the lemurs this spring and enjoy some moments in the sun.

A little sunlight can do wonders for your mood, energy, serotonin, and vitamin D* 💛
