Anyone else feeling unmotivated this week?? Even getting up in the morning has been a struggle for me for some reason. Been back at the gym about 6 weeks now and it’s been great and I’m getting stronger but this week, ahhh, not so great. Wasn’t “feeling it”. I went regardless (thankfully) because we all know we can’t rely on motivation to get us to the gym. It’s habit habit habit. Or is that repetition repetition repetition?🤔

Ok folks, following on from my last stretch video, is this nugget. The sternocleidomastoid (SCM) can be the missing link to neck pain or tension relief. Try it once you have done all your other neck/upper back stretches. My clients aren't fans when this muscle is treated, but you do what you have to do, to make a positive change!🌟

I felt it was time to beat the winter sluggishness, so I jumped on board to do a lemon water challenge on Monday. It’s one thing to splash a little lemon juice in a glass of H2O, but the juice of a whole lemon in approximately half a litre of water first thing in the morning, takes it to another level! Gotta say, I like it!!
