I’ve been hiding away in the depths of parenting and working in the many roles of my wedding business. Life has been feeling slower and more manageable - even though days are flying by but somehow I feel this 😁.

I’m currently flying solo with hubby away in the US for work BUT I’m feeling so supported.

Through babysitters when I’m off marrying loved up couples, connected phone calls with friends and family, long walks and slow strolls with my girls like these pics from this morning…

These are all new to (new) me. With my wedding biz going so well, I’m excited to pay someone to give my kids 100% when they are here - Ive been working on my family and friendships… i used to prioritise my work over calls + catch ups but that needed to change. And just being with my kids in these moments, sometimes that all the self care I need 🙏🏼

I’m doing what feels right and good for me now, I’m this season of life. What’s important RIGHT now.

Im definitely thinking about what I’m going to do (with my health business) coming into the season where both my girls are at school/ care but for now I’m holding out until we’re there and I’m enjoying these moments while I can 🤍🤍

Three questions you need to ask yourself in order to heal ⬇️

1. What is not working in my life right now?
2. What’s a continuous source of stress?
3. What do I need to heal?

With our circle of life tool ⏭ these are great journaling prompts/questions to ask in order to take the right intuitive steps to heal.

We’re all bio individual so what may work for me will not work for you.

As you will see I recently did the circle of life tool and life was looking pretty sad. I was so sad, but I’ve chosen to heal and reflecting on all the aspects of life I’m creating changes.

Change in my mindset, habits, environment, people and presence 🧡

You too can heal but you have to want to… I choose to first try a holistic way of life before prescribed way and I encourage you to do the same.

As a certified health coach, we’re here to make you aware (by asking curious questions), educate you, supprt you and hold you accountable.

“Jealousy is the source of inspiration”

STOP and Think about that statement….

When I first heard this it was an “oh - ok…” moment.

In my mind I then started to list things I have been jealous about. First I feel if that jealous thought aligns with my current values and if it does I add it to my vision otherwise I accept, thank it and release it…

Hearing this statement recently on a podcast I listened to has made me be aware of my thoughts in this manner. And now when I look back to what I am jealous of or have been I get excited that it’s in my mind to work towards 🧡

Yes it’s fresh but I’m excited to now manage what I once hated doing and turn it around as a possibility to work towards ✨

⚠️Our bodies and minds share with us messages we tend to ignore and not lean into and uncover why we’re receiving these messages.

These messages I’m referring to can look like sudden fatigue, overwhelm, uncertainty, headaches/migraines, skin conditions, sudden mood shifts, just to name some mild ones.

Granted some of these can be hormonal and we should just rest, but if we don’t really look further and ask ourselves what is happening in my life, we are just band-aiding the core issue with a simple reason.

We need to be asking ourselves high quality questions like:

:: is what I’m focusing on really serving me?
:: am I in alignment with my values?
:: am I lacking real self care?
:: am I prioritising my needs?

I’ve been putting a lot of pressure On myself around business growth lately and even though I’ve been happy I’ve been given little signs like the above more often than not.

The last couple of days I sat and rested (way more than usual) become more clear on my values again. And I still will have my goal as it was but I will now shift how I was doing things to get there.

:: remove distractions to ensure focused mind
:: drink plenty of water
:: go to bed earlier and wake up earlier
:: put my phone in a drawer when I want to be present with the kids and play.
:: buy a thermy to help me with cooking nutritiously 😁

I feel so much more at ease after sitting down to talk these through and set new intentions around my own self care, kids, wedding business and my coaching/mentoring roles.

So, this is my reminder to you, you don’t have to quit if it seems too hard but shuffle things around to suit your current season.

✨ when your alone start showing up as if you were surrounded by the people you wish to inspire 💖

This is a hard act to follow but trust me once you start thinking about this when your alone it’s actually can be so empowering and mind boosting 🙌🏻

I encourage you to start thinking about how you do things when your alone and even when your around people, choose the better option and even if it’s an act to follow at the beginning I promise you it will become an act and part of you that will happen and shine through forever.

So this is your sweet reminder to nourish yourself ALWAYS.

Stop the scrolling - instead be mindful and comment, like and share posts that resonate and you want to spread more positive energy through your network of friends.
Sit up straight, stop slouching. Open your heart to the beautiful person you are and show your powers ✨this actually boosts your confidence!
