🌟 About the Role
We’re currently seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This is a casual role offering a variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle.

In this role, you’ll:
✅ Provide personal care, meal preparation, medication support & help with daily living
✅ Encourage independence and support participants in reaching their goals
✅ Work a range of shifts including afternoons, weekends, and split shifts
✅ Build respectful relationships with clients, families, and team members
✅ Maintain accurate records and follow NDIS Practice Standards

📍 Applicants must be willing to work in: Thornton, East Maitland, Rutherford, Cessnock, and Wallsend.

👀 What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in disability, aged care, or similar
✅ Friendly, dependable, and committed to person-centred care
✅ Flexible availability for varied shifts
✅ Strong communication and team skills

📋 You’ll Need:
✔️ Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred)
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔️ Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✔️ First Aid & CPR (current)
✔️ Police Check (within the last 2 years)
✔️ Driver’s licence & reliable, insured vehicle

The CTCC Christmas Party was a festive blast! 🎄✨
We kicked off the celebration with a delectable brunch, bingo brought the excitement, and when Santa made his grand entrance, it truly felt magical! (Sorry Jay, maybe we’ll get Luke Combs next year!) WE ARE HIRING!
Country to Coast Care is looking for support workers who have a considerable amount of experience working with clients who have a spinal cord injury (SCI).

Ideally, candidates should demonstrate an understanding of the specific bowel, catheter, skin and pressure care requirements of clients with SCI. Applicants who have a background in nursing or have experience in providing complex care to clients/ patients/ residents in the health or care settings, are also encouraged to apply as SCI-specific training can be provided to the right applicants. Strong assessment, documentation, and reporting skills will be highly regarded.

You will have:
NDISWC
WWCC
Minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in disability support work
Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
Police Check
Current Australian Driver’s License
Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
