🕒 About the role:

Set weekly daytime shifts
Ongoing, consistent support

✅ Requirements:

Non-smoker
Well-presented and professional
Experience with manual handling (essential)
Experience using a ceiling hoist (essential)
Experience with stoma care (desirable)
Compassionate and reliable approach

Kevin dropped into the office this morning during his exercise walk with Kirsty to check out his photo taking pride of place, and safe to say he was absolutely stoked! 👍

🎉 Yay, we did a thing! 🎉

We are so excited to welcome Sarah, our very first Disability Support Worker trainee to the CTCC team! 👏

She is already kicking goals, and our participants are absolutely loving her. Seeing the positive connections, she’s building so quickly reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

As we head into 2026, we’re embracing exciting new beginnings. At CTCC, we are big on retaining and investing in our staff, and taking on a trainee is a huge step in that direction. Supporting our team to grow means better outcomes for our participants — and Sarah is absolutely worth investing in 💚
