I have opened 3 extremely rare Saturday appointments. If one of these is calling, jump online and book.

Please be safe out there and consider if attending one of these appointments is the best choice for you right now.

After my reaction to this mornings request from Louise Hays' book, I think a RAW balance around emotions may be relevant.

I'll also test up for any affirmations I may need to balance my subconscious.

While affirmations can do amazing things for us, if your subconscious feels stressed by the affirmation you are using, it will unlikely have the desired effect.

Having a balance done can remove the blocks your energy associates with the affirmations and may help integrate them in the future once they are deemed as safe for the body.

Most days I pull myself and oracle/tarot card or open to a page in my Louise Hay Heal your life book.

Today I got my number 1 hate! I seriously struggle with looking at myself in a mirror. Let alone telling myself I love me right to my face.

So here I am posting it for you all to see how you feel about it. Does it evoke fear in your cells or are you confident and able to do this?

Living an embodied soul led life is hard. We have been conditioned to be small, and stepping out of the shadows is challenging.

Trusting ourselves can be daunting. Wanting advice from others is normal and healthy, but in the end, it comes back to you and who you need to be to love yourself and know you gave it a go.

Smiling as THIS IS ME now comes on to my playlist.

A sign to not be afraid to be seen. I am forever grateful to all that play a part in my life, big and small, and I am excited to be growing each and every day.

This tree is magnificent in the Barrington Tops. It took time to be this big and strong, and I'm sure it's had moments of stunted growth, lost limbs, and other scars, but it's still growing.

I am looking forward to bringing some new healing modalities into the studio as I continue to grow. If you're interested in some non massage healing, let me know as I build my confidence in these new skills

Massage for the Soul

Is the best way to describe the Intuitive Massage.

Each and every massage is different. Every session brings with it something new for each person to move through.

This time is a special bond between your Soul and Spiritual Guides and my own. The best way to come in for an Intuitive Massage is with no expectations (which the human side of us struggles with).

You may think in your mind that you need a particular treatment and be surprised that what you were feeling in one part of your being needed something very different. This does not mean you 'are wrong' or 'I know better'. This is something outside of our human brains ability to process, but if you are willing to release the belief that your muscles are sore simply because of something you have done a whole new world opens up for you

I am not the healer in these massages. I am the conduit, the Messenger on occasion and the facilitator of the movement of energy.

YOU are your own HEALER!

I am simply here to help you relax enough to hear what your soul is saying.

Please be aware that as school heads back next week and sports start, there may be changes to the appointment times available.

As well as running a business, I also run a household of busy teenagers. Unfortunately public transport isn't as reliable as we would like to see in this area which means I'll be doing lots of trips to get people where they need to be.

If you are after appointments, please think about booking in advance as I my books are filling up and last-minute appointments are not always available.

In saying that, please shoot me a message or leave a voicemail if you are looking for a chance to fluke a last-minute appointment. Sometimes they come up due to a cancellation, or I may only need to travel to telarah instead of newcastle. 🥳

I may only reply if there is a spot available.

I ask for your patience as I try to work out the best hours for clients and family over these next few weeks.
