We all love the sunshine, but sometimes it can leave your skin red and sore. If you’ve got a bit of sunburn, try these simple tips:

💧 Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
🧴 Use after-sun lotion or aloe vera to soothe your skin
❄️ Cool your skin down with a damp cloth or a gentle shower
🛑 Avoid more sun until your skin heals

We had our end of year celebration on Saturday. We had a great time just catching up with each other and getting to know the newest addition to my team from Christmas 2024.
Jas was our Miss Santa distributing our KK presents from the good old post bag that we borrowed from our post office.
The theme for KK 2025 was “Books” and it was fun getting to know what type of books our secret person would like.
A shout out to Alex girl for organising my Christmas presents from the whole team.
I love my pharm-ily and I am blessed to have these wonderful people work in our pharmacy. ❤️ my team very much.
