We kicked off our first Grand Rounds for 2026 with a Genetics session that explored the hidden pathology behind atypical non‑invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) results.

Through a series of compelling case studies, including uterine fibroids, lymphoma, and paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria, our presenters highlighted how underlying maternal pathology can significantly influence and complicate the interpretation of NIPT findings.

Thank you to our presenters and to everyone who joined us. We look forward to another year of insightful and collaborative educational grand round sessions.
