Vetnostics Pathology provides a quality diagnostic laboratory service to Veterinarians throughout Australia.

Vetnostics Pathology is a national network of veterinary reference pathology laboratories. We are one of the largest veterinary pathology groups in Australia, with the most veterinary pathologists and veterinary medicine consultants. As part of one of Australia's medical pathology networks, Healius Pathology, we have access to extensive logistics and laboratory networks. Vetnostics Pathology offers an extensive range of veterinary pathology testing including histopathology, cytology, endocrinology, microbiology, haematology, biochemistry and serology. Vetnostics Pathology provide professional assistance and support in the management of an animal's health and well-being. Our expert veterinary pathologists and medicine consultants are accessible to discuss cases with veterinarians.

Vetnostics welcomes Emma Brown as our new Veterinary Liaison Officer for Victoria.

Emma brings over six years of hands-on experience as a veterinary nurse with a strong focus on animal behaviour, welfare, and low-stress handling. She has worked closely with animals across a variety of clinical and enrichment settings, supporting both animals and their owners with care and compassion.

Emma is currently expanding her knowledge through further study in animal behaviour and training. At home, she is kept on her toes by her two cats Pudding and Peach, one Afghan hound named Philly Cheesesteak, and one axolotl - called Pastrami!

As one of our Veterinary Liaison Officer's, Emma is an important point of contact for our veterinary practices - and she looks forward to meeting you all soon! Welcome Emma!

The veterinary community in Western Australia recently came together for the WAVESCON conference in Perth, which as usual was a fantastic opportunity for veterinary team members to catch up, learn, network and party! Vetnostics Veterinary Pathologist Dr Ben Remaj and Veterinary Liaison Officer for WA/NT Rachel Youlden were on hand to answer questions at our trade stand, along with sharing some great giveaways - with congratulations to Dr Jess Jackson from Mundaring Veterinary Hospital - winner of our hamper prize, which Rachel later presented - seen here with the hospital team including clinic cat Jill! Congratulations Jess!

The theme of the event is the Haematolymphoid System, and the conference will feature presentations from an array of international and national speakers led by Professor Dorothee Bienzle from the University of Guelph, covering clinical pathology, anatomical pathology and oncology. In addition to the learning and networking opportunities at the conference, you could also explore the nearby Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef!
