PB but not the PB I wanted. Slowly but surely we will get there. As usual I’m not satisfied. Also, as usual, I don’t know why I do this to myself 😆. Back to the drawing board! 😮‍💨.

2025 Sydney Marathon - 10k

Not a Marathon this time but still tough. A bit of a boring run cause it goes by too quick. Didn’t get my sub 40 today but still PB’d 😮‍💨

Can we please have a 10k Elevation Map next year? The hills were a shock to all of us 😭😅

City 2 Surf 2025. First one ever! What a blast. First run in a while that I didn’t take seriously and just focused on having fun 😀.

Loved seeing all the runners just accept that we were all getting wet in the pouring rain and still continued 🌧️👍👍. We had one goal and it was to beat the hills and finish! Incredible day. 🌦️.

Also shoutout to the crew thank you for the invitation, gear and hard work on Sunday. True MVPs🫡.

Gold Coast Marathon 2025 - yess new PB!

I’m pretty happy with my efforts 😊 would have gotten a better time if I didn’t have gastro issues 😆. Really just wanted to finish and get to the bathroom ASAP 😂

I had very unusual problems during this race 🤔. No muscle cramps, no joint pain.. just.. gastro issues and my shoulder is sore? what the heck 😳.

Overall so very proud of myself 😊. Marathons are a super big achievement and hard. Getting a decent time is even harder! Next goal SUB 3.

Thankful I can run joint pain free.

⚡️If you’ve had back pain or tightness once - or it happens over and over. Or your back/shoulders are tiring too fast - This.is.not.normal.

🙂☝️You don’t want bandaid solutions. Manual Therapy alone is usually not going to solve a chronic issue (pain over 2 weeks).

👩‍🏫🧑‍🏫📚Education is a big part of therapy and recovery for any chronic pain. It’s important - IF you want to keep the pain away - yourself.
