Join us in an evening of deep restoration as we weave together the healing modalities of Yin Yoga and Reiki Energy, guided by Trina Bryan and enveloped in the ambient live soundscape of Bryan McShane.

This is a sacred pause—a gentle space to release, recalibrate, and reconnect with your inner self. Through stillness and subtle energetic work, you’ll be guided into a state of balance and renewal.

Held in a cosy sanctuary with just 6 mats available, each participant is supported throughout the journey. We’ll close the evening with a lovingly prepared plant-based meal—a chance to ground, connect, and nourish body and soul.
