No time for meal prep? No worries. Cans of fish are a nutritious pantry staple you can take anywhere.
Eat 2-3 cans of tuna or salmon with an avocado and half a bag of salad.
Swap the salad for a can of baked beans or lentils if you want it heartier.
In Sydney I'm fortunate to have access to fresh food all year round, but I know not everyone does. That doesn't mean you have to eat badly.
Tinned beans, fish with bones and microwave rice and salad bags are all practical, nutritious, fuss-free options.
