We are centrally located in the North Sydney CBD; 2 minutes from North Sydney Train Station near Greenwood Plaza. We provide therapy for adults using evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT). We can assist you with a variety of common issues including anxiety, self-esteem, depression, relationships, addictions, procrastination, and perfectionism. We approach treatment from a non-judgemental perspective and strive to offer you a caring and safe place to help you develop your authentic self. We offer after hour appointments. Medicare and health fund rebates are available.
