Clients refine nutrition fundamentals using Dr Mike Israetel’s hierarchy of calorie balance and macronutrient priorities, then re-establish circadian rhythm through light exposure, hydration, and sleep scheduling. Deep sleep becomes the recovery tool that ties it all together.
