We’re making a small, practical change to the Base program to make every  session simpler and more effective - with more focus on power and controlled
intensity.

What’s changing (from Monday 22 September):
☑️Mon / Wed / Fri — Strength days:
- Longer, targeted warm-ups so you feel the movement before we load.
- Strength work will be single-joint focused followed by a circuit of more  dynamic movements to build power and movement quality.

☑️Tue / Thu / Sat — Energy days:
- Sessions will include a 12-minute higher-intensity block (safe, coached,
structured) to develop your energy systems and tness without  overcomplicating the plan.

Why:
- Simplied progressions, emphasised movement quality and brief, structured
intensity intervals — designed to improve training effciency and measurable gains.

What you need to do:
- Please book your sessions in Wodify.  We need to know when you’re coming so

We’re thrilled to welcome Barry Nolan, BSc Physio, to the Healthful team! With experience spanning Ireland and Australia, Barry is passionate about helping people move with confidence and strength.

He’s worked across private practice, hospitals, and sports medicine clinics, treating everyone from those managing chronic conditions to high-level athletes. -
Barry brings expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, trauma, post-operative care, and has specialist skills in dry needling and evidence-based rehabilitation. He’s even provided pitch-side physiotherapy for elite hurling teams! ⚡
