When uploading NLIS devices to transfer them in eNVD, you can either upload the visual numbers, NLISID, or the RFID numbers – captured when scanning devices with an eID reader.

You can:
⌨️ Type them in manually, or
📤 Upload a file from a Tag Scanner to your computer for a quicker process.

The system automatically validates device details, helping you spot and fix any issues – like removing tags marked as deceased – before you submit your consignment.
