This work has taken me further than I ever imagined and introduced me to so many facets of mental health care โ and so many extraordinary people along the way. From community spaces to hospital settings, mother and baby creative care, and working with families, neurodivergent and neurotypical children and teenagers, through to older adults.
It has been an all-encompassing, deeply humbling experience to be trusted with the role of holding space for each of you, in whatever way our paths crossed.
With a heavy heart, Iโm sharing with you that Iโm stepping back from my private art therapy work for now.
This work is deeply sacred to me. Itโs a profound calling, and one I hold with great care and responsibility. I only ever want to show up fully โ offering the best version of myself in the art therapy space โ and for that reason, Iโve made the difficult decision to pause my private practice at this time.
I have no doubt Iโll return to this work when the time is right. In the meantime, Iโll continue sharing reflections, tools, and gentle ways of navigating this wild experience called life. Thank you for being here and for your understanding.
Here I proudly share with you, my most recent and final experience in this space for 2026. I had the honour of presenting for Learning Links Early Childhood educators. What a special way to wrap up this work ๐โค๏ธ
