Happy International Fe**sh Day! Let’s normalise the idea that s*xuality is personal, diverse, and way more common than people admit. 💯

Having preferences doesn’t make someone “too much” or “not normal.” It just makes them human.

Unfortunately, this kind of stigma around s*x often stops men from talking about real concerns like ED/PE. And silence is usually the biggest barrier to getting support.

Here’s a reminder to guys out there to keep rocking whatever your heart desires. And if ED/PE is getting in the way of that, we’re always here to discuss how we can help! 🙌🏻

Compound Strength Training (Heavy Lifts) – Compound exercises target several large muscle groups at once and are considered the best type of exercise for boosting testosterone. Examples are squats, pull-ups, deadlifts, and bench presses 🏋️.

High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) – This is a type of strength training characterized by short bursts of intense strength exercises followed by short rest periods.

Power Training (Explosive Lifting) – These are exercises that focus on improving speed and strength. Examples are kettlebell swings, jump squats, and medicine ball throws.

S*xual health issues such as erectile dysfunction and premature ej*******on can be devastating for some. Aside from their negative effects on one’s s*x life and romantic relationship, these issues can affect one’s self-confidence.

However, as the great Patti LaBelle once said, “Every exit is an entrance to someplace else.” Think of it as an opportunity to lead a healthier and better life. If your ED or PE is because of an underlying medical condition, think of it as a wake-up call to exercise, switch to a healthier diet, and quit smoking, drinking, and recreational drugs. You can also use it as a motivation to build a stronger emotional connection with your partner, one that’s not rooted entirely in s*x. 👫

If you’re ready to turn over a new leaf, leave a comment below so we can help you in your quest to be a better and healthier version of yourself.
