Babyboomers yoga

We have been operating now for several years and the ladies (and occasional gent) gain wonderful benefits from the specially designed classes for the over 60s. We have loads of equipment and can help you get the benefit of the yoga for your own level of flexibilty and strength. The classes are small max 8-10, so I can refine the class to meet your needs. Pricing is flexible and in addition you havd the option for Wednesday mornings 0900 or Saturday 0930.
