tappON is seeking experienced Support Workers with certificate lll or lV to assist our members with disability with care and support within the home and accessing the community.

tappON is an online marketplace allowing our members to view, book and manage their own care or support directly by viewing a support professionals profile’s for the right fit to join their crew.

By having a clear description of Yourself, Qualifications, Experiences and Hobbies on your profile gives our members an insight into who you are so they feel comfortable when reaching out to connect with you before making a booking.

Our members have the ability to message you directly and communicate on what support is required, suitable days/times are needed or genuinely ask a question before a booking takes place through the platform. Once a message is sent or a booking is made you will receive a notification to your email allowing you to click and respond to the message or accept the booking.

We do require support professionals to register via our website www.tappon.co in which you’ll receive our Onboarding flow to complete and submit where it is then verified by tappON support staff.

You’ll be contacted for any missing information or simply with an approval where your account is created and ready for activating. (emailed activation steps once approved)

Our members may be looking for assistance with the following

Personal Care
Domestic Cleaning, Laundry
Assisted Shopping
Social Support - accessing the Community to attend local employment
Meal Preparation.
Transport

Further information with job/service details will be communicated by the client through the platform prior to a booking taking place.

To register to tappON as a Support Professional you must have the following;

- ABN Required

- NDIS Worker check, get one here - https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/ndiswc-apply

- Certificate lll or lV or proven experience in personal care

- energetic and passionate to help individuals achieve their goals

- Experience in supporting individuals with disability.

-Drivers Licence

- Good friendly nature and caring individual
