What we do!

Volunteering with St John is a great way to become a bigger part of your local community, make some new friends and learn some new skills along the way.

St John relies on volunteers to ensure the community has access to vital ambulance services. Your time is the most valuable thing you can give. By donating your time, you can make a real difference and give something back to your community. Not only do you get the satisfaction of helping others, you also gain important skills and experience.

Our generous volunteers receive wonderful benefits for the time they give helping others. Not all of the cases we attend are life threatening. Often they are hospital transfers and in Northampton we provide the option to exclusively volunteer for hospital transfers only.
