What is your “why” - why do you do what you do? Here’s mine:

🌿First and foremost – my children. I realised that I had to model a way of ‘being’, a way of living for my children.

🌿I have always loved helping people…I was the one always making people laugh when they were down, thinking that if you laughed and smiled, you were happy. And while this may be true, through Breathwork, I realised I could be with people in a different way. I could hold them in their emotions and help them achieve space and freedom.

💛I am the baby of 8 children, along with my twin brother.
🧡I am a country farm girl! When I drive out to the country, I realise how much easier I find it is to breathe.
❤️I spent years travelling and working overseas – including the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, New Zealand, North America, and South America… but nowhere has a sunset like my home city of Perth, WA.
💜I’m terrible at cooking everything except eggs… which I am actually darn good at 😉
💙I love tattoos and plan on getting more.

Do you ever find yourself saying “I never have enough time in the day” when it comes to your own wellbeing? Maybe you find yourself so stressed when taking time for yourself, you never end up fully relaxing.

This can lead to your nervous system becoming chronically dysregulated, which can significantly impact your health resulting in sleep issues, anxiety, chronic stress and more. 😖

Breathwork is an amazing tool to regulate your nervous system - but how do you introduce this practice when you already feel so busy and overwhelmed each day? Here’s my tips on how 👇🏼

🪷Swap out social media doom scrolling with Breathwork
🪷Schedule it into your daily routine (even for 5-10mins)
🪷Have a support person join you (such as your partner, housemate, friend or colleague).

We all know that breathing is a natural, subconscious bodily function that is essential for us to sustain life, and without it, we just wouldn’t exist.

So how does Breathwork vary from breathing?

By using a gentle breath, consciously and intentionally, it allows you to expand your baseline parasympathetic nervous system activity, the place from which you can release stored stress and re-wire beliefs formed in your early childhood that may have been subconsciously limiting your life’s experiences to now.

Forever grateful for my beautiful family, and for the healing power of breathwork which has allowed me to be fully present for myself, and my babies 💕

Motherhood is no joke, and societal pressures to be the “perfect” mum can be exhausting… because there is no such thing!

During my postpartum period I found these pressures weighed on my shoulders and I became easily stressed in my day-to-day life. Until I found the power of the breath 🌬

Breathwork allowed me to activate my “rest and digest” signal (parasympathetic nervous system) to finally tell my body and mind that it was safe to relax and let go of all the stressors in my life.

And don’t get me wrong, motherhood continues to throw challenges in my path, but with this vital breath, I know that I can face anything.

Do you ever feel like your body is holding onto negative energy?

This could include:
💭negative thought patterns
🧠a racing mind
🪫difficulty relaxing
😵‍💫or your body becoming easily stressed by triggers

I’ve seen first-hand how breathwork can help relieve and manage these symptoms. RBM (the type of breathwork I practise) can create a space for us to choose HOW we want to respond to situations, before we react, whilst also helping to heal limiting childhood beliefs and patterns.

From my own experience, introducing Breathwork allowed me to create space in my life, to be more present with my family, and to stop the cycle of stress reaction. Breathwork truly changed my life for the better, and now I continue my journey by helping others to heal too.
