We are a cleaning and disability support service provider; we have a passion for helping others, and are committed to providing our clients with tailored cleaning services and amazing customer service. 👍

QUALITIES:

⚡We provide:
Full training, equipment and uniform.

👤RESPONSIBILITIES
-Decluttering & cleaning.
-Notify management of any maintenance and repair needs.
-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
-Clocking in and out of shifts and providing detailed progress notes.
-Completing modules online and maintaining professional development.
-Must have a reliable car to travel distances 20-40km's.

🔍LICENCE/CERTIFICATION:
Working with Children Check (Required)
Police Clearance (Required)
NDIS Clearance (Preferred)
Full Driver License (Required)

💼SKILLS
-Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills to support clients according to their needs.
-Speaking and writing skills for establishing relationships and dealing with client needs.
-Good understanding of the NDIS.
-Good understanding of confidentiality.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to lift and move objects, such as light furniture and equipment.
-Flexibility to work during the day when needed.
-Good time management in order to complete tasks within time-frames.

· Detailed cleaning knowledge (training will be provided)

· Experience Housekeeping (desirable)

· Knowledge of cleaning industry

Over the years, our homes can become cluttered with various items for multiple reasons. It is important that we show understanding, respect, and contribute our knowledge on how to handle decluttering in the most efficient way.

The presence of clutter in your home can be detrimental to the health of you, your loved ones, and your pets. Certain individuals may experience shame and guilt, preventing them from allowing visits by friends or family. This can have a detrimental effect on your mental health and wellbeing.

Our skilled team is available to assist NDIS participants with decluttering, helping them reach their goals.

Please feel free to comment your own strategies that you use in your own home to declutter.

Welcome to OCD Brilliance!

OCD Brilliance has undergone a few changes, and now it's time to introduce everyone!

Say hello to OCD Brilliance's new owners, Adriana and Felician. Adriana and Felician originally grew up in Romania. As they grew up, they both travelled to different places to seek a better life. Adriana travelled to Australia and fell in love with Perth. Felician travelled to France and picked up the language, lifestyle, and culture. As Felician reconnected with Adriana and moved, he also found a sense of belonging in Perth.

Adriana and Felician got married and have been working together in a partnership since. Together, they started their own business in the cleaning industry and grew a passion for providing families with a clean home and supporting all people to live their lives to the fullest.

Although the business was running very well and was rewarding, they found they wanted to support people more in their lives, especially those in need. Adriana and Felician became friends with the original creator of OCD Brilliance and were excited and committed to learning more about the NDIS and how service providers can assist those in need. When provided with the opportunity to run OCD Brilliance, they were so excited to embrace the new opportunity.

For Adriana and Felician, being a Service Provider is not merely a profession; it is a heartfelt calling that they are deeply committed to. It requires the qualities of integrity, patience, empathy, and an unwavering dedication to the betterment of others' lives. Their dedication lies in offering an honest and reliable service that helps NDIS participants reach their goals.

At OCD Brilliance, we believe in the uniqueness of each individual and strive to connect them with the services that are best suited to their needs.
