Tension starts to build in our muscles as we unknowingly clench our jaw, our shoulders ache and our legs feel heavy.
We can be quick to become irritated, and push aside the emotional turmoil we experience as we move through the day to day process.
Our bodies become depleted, our brains maxed out, and our emotions hang by a delicate balance.
Add in sleep deprivation, pain or illness and it’s a recipe for disaster.
