Client came in for a session to try relieve the pain she was in. She had heavy bleeding, level 8 out of 10 pain, and you could see how much she was struggling.

I worked my way around the body, gently releasing the muscles, unwinding the body and shifting things on an energetic level to release deeper within…..

*toot toot* level 8 pain…, to no pain.
I wish I’d videoed her as she got up!!

I love what I’m able to do for others with the unique skill set I’ve learnt over many years.

I was driving my son to an annual appointment today and had a moment of reflection…

I left home without panic…barely any anxiety…
I picked him up from school, and drove him calmly to the appointment.

It is a 25 minute drive from school, and as I got closer to the centre, I realised how different this drive was from previous years.

Previous years saw me leaving home ages before I needed to, panic stricken as I collected him from school, and panicking we would be late, then arriving 30 minutes early…

Today I timed it just perfectly. It was an easy drive, and we parked and arrived within 8 mins of the appointment time- plenty of time to get inside, and be in the waiting room.

I reflected on the underlying calmness I had… a gentle peace that enabled me to just be present and in the moment, rather than in a heightened panic-stricken state.

For years I suffered with such crippling anxiety that it consumed my everyday life. I had so much fear -what if I’m late? What if there is an accident? So many what ifs always playing in my mind, not allowing me to focus.

My system was always on edge, always at the ready, always waiting for something to happen that would throw me off guard.

Today, we were happy, we were both calm, and I marveled at how different life had become for us.

I’ve done a massive amount of work on myself in the last 8 years, and that work is paying off in ways I could never adequately express.

I love that through my own journey, I’m able to become a role model for my children, to show them how to move through life with less fear & uncertainty, and more gentleness and confidence.

I love that I’m able to support others who are in a similar situation to where I used to be- where life seems overwhelming and chaos clutters every thought in the mind.

I’ve got an extensive set of techniques and practices I’ve learnt that enable me to balance the emotional state of myself and my kids, and also to shift the mental clutter and relax and unwind the body.

What I’ve been taught are incredible life skills that enable me to live a life filled with more gentleness and compassion, whilst also working generationally to ensure my children aren’t impacted by me, or those who came before them.

We all choose the life we live, and I choose to live with happiness, peace and a deep knowing that I am always being guided and looked after in this lifetime.

The 5 Day October Immersion is now over, and the processing can begin….
So much shifts and unfolds for everyone in the room over the 5 days, held in the field and presence of Anandi.

To witness the gentle unfolding and watch as people’s faces literally soften and shift in front of your eyes is just magic.

Life is meant to be gentle, and we are meant to experience the fullness of life and living. Anandi’s teachings enable a new way of understanding the importance of touch, connection and finding inner stillness within our lives.

An experience unlike any other. I can’t wait for the next one, coming April 2026!

The October 5 Day Immersion was something truly special. Every Immersion with Anandi is different, unique and beautiful. Over 5 days, there is so much that is given, 8 hours a day, in such a sacred space. The teachings, the touch, the connection, the gentleness and the nurture is incomparable. We move slower, breathe easier, and as our bodies unwind, our system remembers how we are meant to live, with awareness, connection, gentleness and ease. Truly an experience that is life changing, every time. Most of the students were attending for the 3rd, 4th, 5th or even 6th+ Immersion Experience, knowing every single one holds so much transformation. My heart is full. What a week. Thank you Anandi for everything. šŸ™šŸ»šŸ„°

✨ Processing After a Session ✨

When a session ends, that’s when the processing begins. Your body, mind, and energy field will continue to recalibrate into a new state of being for days, or sometimes even weeks.

This is why creating space after your session is so important.

For at least 20–60 minutes, allow yourself quiet time. Avoid rushing into crowds, scrolling on your phone, or jumping straight back into the busyness of life. Your system is now reorganizing, restoring, and integrating.

Over the next 24 hours, or even up to a week- your body, including your nervous, autonomic, and immune systems, continues to shift and restore balance.

(That’s why alcohol and other altering activities aren’t recommended in the first day following a session.)

Instead, be aware of your body and listen for the subtle guidance:

You may feel tired or want to sleep. This is natural, your body is asking for rest and integration. Lots happens within our bodies when we sleep, so see this as an opportunity to create rapid progress.

Gentle support makes a difference: drink water, eat nourishing foods, and if possible, spend time in nature.

Give yourself permission to rest… most times we dont allow ourselves to curl up on the couch, go to bed early, or take things slower, but this is an important part of healing.

The work I do isn’t limited to the physical body. Neural pathways and patterns may also be shifting. Your entire system is restoring from a cellular level.

The more you honor your body’s need for quiet space, the quicker your body can process.

Release your expectations of what ā€œshouldā€ happen after a session, because each experience is unique and unquantifiable.

Simply allow yourself to be, and trust your body, mind and systems innate wisdom, as it knows exactly what to do.
