A little birthday photo dump. 😊

I had a lovely slow, joyful birthday starting off on Saturday with a 16km hike with my husband. It was a stunning day out and all the spring flowers are already out.

Sunday consisted of kitty cuddles, knitting and a little bit of chaos gardening aka chucking seeds randomly in the garden.

On my actual birthday yesterday I had a relaxing morning of self care, a little run, coffee and cardamom buns with my husband and finished off the day with the best samosa and shahi paneer for dinner. 👌🏼My cup is full.

It was such a relaxing long weekend and definitely my kind of celebration. I'm feeling rested and excited to get back to the relaunch which I'm hoping to share more of later this week. 🤭

A little life (and business) update:

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve disappeared to lately, the truth is, I’ve been head down, quietly working away on something very close to my heart.

I’m in the midst of a rebrand. A glow-up, if you will. A fresh name, new services, and a more intentional direction that feels truly aligned with the way I want to support you, especially if you’ve been struggling with skin concerns and haven’t found the answers yet.

I’m also working to bring in-person skin nutrition consults to Perth, which is something I’ve dreamed about offering for a while now.

A little reminder to start the week: Your gut and your skin aren’t fans of the hustle.

When I skip rest and push through stress, it shows — in my digestion, my mood, and yep… my skin.

That’s why movement (and actual stillness too) is part of my non-negotiables. Not for “fitness”, but for healing.

So if you need the sign to slow down this week, this is it.
Roll out your yoga mat, do some gentle stretches, take a few deep breaths, stare at the ceiling if that’s all you’ve got. It all counts. 🩷

Feeling the pressure to fix your skin all at once? Breathe, you don’t need to overhaul your gut or commit to a 12-step routine this June.

Instead, I want you to choose just one simple, intentional goal.
🔹Maybe it’s drinking more water.
🔹Adding fermented foods.
🔹Including more fibre rich foods to your meals.

Sustainable skin health starts with consistency, not perfection. And even I need reminding every now and then.

So here’s your reminder: one small change is enough.
Let June be the month you support your skin gently with one goal to focus on.

My goal is definitely making sure my dry skin is moisturised from the inside out. The colder weather for me means dry skin and eczema flare-ups. I get really bad at remembering to drink water when the temperatures drop, so I'll be making sure I have a cup of rooibos tea and a glass of water on my desk throughout the day.
