Please welcome our new TCM practitioner, Kiah! 🧡
I’m a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with a special interest in supporting women through hormonal imbalances, fertility journeys (both natural and assisted), and stress-related conditions. My approach is centered around truly listening, educating, and empowering each person I work with. I aim to create a space where you feel deeply supported and actively involved in your own healing, with a clear and tailored plan to guide the way.
I often work with people navigating irregular or painful cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, and stress-related conditions like anxiety, sleep issues, or burnout. I also support people going through IVF or recovering from long-term illness or hormonal suppression, with a special interest in emotional regulation and the nervous system.
Like many practitioners, I found my way to Chinese Medicine through my own healing journey. I first discovered it when I was young and overwhelmed by stress during final exams. At the time, Western medicine left me feeling dismissed — like I was just a symptom. Chinese Medicine, on the other hand, offered something different: it saw me as a whole person. Since then, it’s helped me manage anxiety, reconnect with my body, and build a more intuitive relationship with my health — something I now love supporting others to do, too.
Outside the clinic you’ll find me walking along the Merri Creek trail, getting through my TBR pile (tower) of books, hosting dinner parties, getting to the gym, going to life drawing classes, local gigs or getting stuck in health research rabbit-holes.
I’ve kept journals since age 7, and to this day it remains one of my favourite self-regulation techniques. It helps me to be present, reflect and see how far I’ve come. It’s also hilarious to read back on what younger me was up to.
