Job Title: Aged Care In-Home Personal Care Support Worker
Location: Pascoe Vale South, VIC and surrounding suburbs
Job Type: Casual- $40.93/hr
- Must be available mornings, specifically Tuesday - Thursday 9:30am-11:30am
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a car
- Must have Cert III or IV relevant qualification

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for new Helpers (Support Workers) to join our vibrant team and help us in supporting our members in maintaining their independence and dignity.

What You’ll Do
· Provide personal care and companionship to Members
· Provide Domestic Support care, companionship to Members/client and Personal Care
· Assist with daily living tasks (e.g., meal preparation, cleaning and domestic assistance.
· Communicate effectively with the Care Team to ensure the best care for our Members

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for new Helpers (Support Workers) to join our vibrant team and help us in supporting our Members in maintaining their independence and dignity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide personal care and companionship to Members
• Assist with daily living tasks (e.g., meal preparation, medication management, personal care.
• Build meaningful relationships with Members, providing consistent and compassionate support
• Use the Lookout App to manage your shifts and access Member details
• Communicate effectively with the Care Team to ensure the best care for our Members
• 5 days a week from Monday to Friday 3 hours per shift

• Experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Flexibility with shift availability. We do not have any night shifts.
