Today is World Smile Day. WSD encourages smiling, kindness, and positivity. The day was established by artist Harvey Ball, the creator of the iconic smiley face. The day encourages people to perform at least one act of kindness that makes someone else smile.

Yesterday was International Coffee Day. I.C.D. is a day to promote and celebrate coffee.

Do you drink coffee? I drink tea but skip coffee. This coffee alternative, Orzo Pupo, is caffeine-free. Orzo Pupo is found in most Italian supermarkets. It's delicious and made from 100% roasted barley.

It's a good coffee substitute if you're experiencing:

Practising gratitude increases your health and wellbeing.
So, what is gratitude? According to The Oxford Dictionary gratitude is “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness”.
