Using a synthesis of Pilates, Garuda and Gyrotonic® and breathwork techniques, its experienced trainers draw upon on a wide range of prescribed interventions and exercises. Anna Tetlow Pilates works closely in an integrated fashion with leading osteopaths, physiotherapists, obstetricians, chiropractors, remedial and sports masseuse and podiatrists as well as working alongside AFL football clubs, professional ballet companies, athletes and yoga teachers, in addition to hundreds of clients from all walks of life. Nestled in an attractive garden setting, Anna's studio fosters a peaceful and supportive environment where clients can look forward to specialised treatment designed to suit their individual needs.
