Rest is so important to how we function. But in a busy life, I'm finding more & more that you need to allow it or even schedule it in your calendar. Without it, our functioning frays, moods deteriorate & we may see our vulnerabilities try to drive us. I'm learning to rest & replenish more frequently & appreciate the renewal it brings. Find some moments of rest in every day in whatever form works for you. 🌄

Protect your time and energy. ⏰💖

Posted • This is something I wish someone had told me years ago… 💖

✨ Small steps consistently taken lead to big changes. 🌿
Progress doesn’t happen overnight, but every small effort adds up. Don’t underestimate the power of tiny, consistent actions.

✨Protect your time and energy for what truly matters. 🕰️
You don’t have to say yes to everything. Save your energy for what aligns with your values and brings you peace.

✨ Perfectionism can paralyze you; just aim to improve. 🌈 Waiting for perfect will keep you stuck. Growth comes from trying, failing, and learning, not from doing it flawlessly.

✨ The people around you can uplift or drain you. 💕
Surround yourself with those who encourage and inspire you, and set boundaries with those who don’t. Your circle matters.

✨ Don’t dwell on the past or future; focus on now. The present is where life happens. Worrying about what was or what might be takes away from the beauty of what is.

✨ Growth isn’t linear, and setbacks are part of the journey. Some days you’ll soar, and other days you’ll stumble, but every step is a step forward. Be patient with yourself.

These lessons remind us to embrace the journey, prioritize what matters, and keep moving forward, one step at a time. 🌈✨
