Bielefeld Rural is an agricultural contracting business owned and operated by Joshua and Naomi Bielefeld. Currently based in Norwin, QLD we have been providing experienced labour to various farming businesses on the Darling Downs and Dubbo since 2010. In early 2015- to July 2017 we took up the opportunity to manage 14,000ac of dryland cropping in Mungindi NSW for Whyadrigah Pastoral Company. But now we are back on the Downs where we want to establish our business and our young family for the long term. We started this business to provide a service that catered to smaller family-owned operations who could do with some outside help, but don't have the workload or need the hassles of employing a casual or full-time employee. Our fee includes the provision of an operator with 15+yrs experience, a service vehicle and we are fully insured. Essentially we are the agricultural version of engaging a plumber or builder. Just hire us out for jobs that you need help with. Or tap into our managerial experience if you need someone that is trustworthy and experienced to look after your operation if you are away on holidays or are need some time out for medical reasons. We are passionate about agriculture, keep up-to-date with the latest technology and R&D and want to grow our business to include some lease/sharefarming country on the side if an opportunity presents itself.
