Today was a magical day! I love when the energy flows and time passes in a heartbeat.

I taught a Reiki One session to a wonderful lady who has the most loving, generous, and kind heart. I’m sure she has been a powerful healer in many past lives. We shared a lot of laughter and had moments of emotional release.

I’m still buzzing from the energy we generated during our practice. I honestly can’t wait to see how her journey evolves 🙏

We were blessed by the visit of angels and Mother Mary. The room was shimmering during the attunement.

For the past three days, I’ve been working on my physical body to release any trapped emotions that have been there for a long time. When you trust God’s plan, the way will be shown.

A lovely couple opened their home and hearts to provide me with a safe space to do this work with a very talented chiropractor to release tension from my joints and tissues. I can’t tell you how painful it was, but at the same time, it triggered things for me to release and experience ultimate faith.

Meanwhile, a dear friend suggested I see a homeopathy specialist, leading to another level of release. If you’re not familiar with homeopathy, it’s gentle but works on energy, not just physical symptoms.

I’m sharing this to remind you to take care of yourself. Worry and stress can lead to pain, and giving away your power can cause your body to resent it. I am not broken; I am releasing acute stagnation built up from years of not acknowledging my worth.

What I do know is that I’m blessed to have beautiful souls around me, making this journey exciting.
