A new year has arrived, and with it, a slightly new rhythm in how I am approaching my work.

My word for this year is S P A C I O U S N E S S

Over the past while, I’ve been quietly gathering and organising my online teachings — lectures, clinical reflections, and practitioner education — into a more coherent home.

This is a space for you to explore whenever feels right.

I’ll continue to add new offerings as they emerge, and I’ll share updates gently and infrequently, in a way that respects spacious pacing and calm nervous systems — mine included!

If you’re curious, you’re welcome to explore the online teaching library in your own time.

It’s there as a resource, to dip into when it feels supportive.

The time has come to take a little pause
and exhale.

What a year 2025 has been. It brought challenges, with chronic illness rearing its head again, moments of deep rest and a re-orienting of priorities, and perhaps surprisingly, one of my most creative years yet.

While there are still a couple of days left in the studio, it feels right to begin the pause on social media a little early.

I’ll be softening into a period of deep restoration over the coming weeks, welcoming a slower rhythm. I look forward to reconnecting toward the end of January.

May your holiday season be restorative, and your beginning of 2026 peaceful and inspiring.

As we close out the year, I wanted to gently reshare the final webinar we offered — one that many people missed registering for, but that felt especially timely and meaningful. This conversation explores CranioSacral Therapy through a wider lens, inviting reflection on how regulation, presence, and safety extend beyond the individual into the collective field we all share. If you’re feeling the weight of this year, or curious about how subtle, relational practices can support both personal and collective wellbeing, you may find this recording nourishing to revisit in your own time.

What parts of us enter the room when we’re holding space?

As therapists, we don't just witness our clients—we feel them. Their stories stir something in us: grief we haven't touched, anger we've tucked away, patterns we've yet to name. This is the realm of countertransference. In this upcoming lecture, we’ll explore how our own inner terrain quietly enters the room, and how tending to it can transform the space we hold.

Join me for "The Inner Terrain of the Therapist: Self-Reflection and Inner Work in SomatoEmotional Release" (Online Lecture)

Thursday 28th August / 7pm ACST (Live Online*)

*if you are unable to attend live, a recording will be available with subtitles in multiple languages for translation support.
