I am an Exercise Physiologist who specialises in the delivery of exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs, for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. I work closely with any referring GP’s, allied health professionals or specialists and provide detailed reports of initial findings and progress.

Very interesting and something I think everyone should think about. I personally feel too many people jump straight into surgery, especially +50yrs old. Don't get me wrong a lot of people do require surgery and it is the only option but a lot of them don't think about doing rehab before surgery. Exercise is so important for various reasons but if it can prevent you from going into surgery, don't you think it's worth giving it a go?
