A little about me 🌿

I’m Tori — women’s health naturopath, mum of two, lover of simple living, herbal teas and slow mornings.

My passion for women’s health was born from my own experience with hormone imbalance and autoimmunity. It’s why I care so deeply about helping women feel heard, supported and empowered in their bodies again.

Healing doesn’t have to feel hard.
I believe in joy, ease and flow — in life and in health 🤍

Heavy periods.
Broken sleep.
Weight gain that doesn’t make sense.
Brain fog that leaves you searching for words.

If this feels familiar, your body might be entering perimenopause — and no, you’re not imagining it.

Perimenopause can begin years before your periods stop, and the symptoms often show up long before anyone joins the dots.

I’ve created a FREE Perimenopause eBook to help you:
✔ Understand what’s driving your symptoms
âś” Learn what your body is asking for
âś” Take the first steps toward feeling calm, clear & energised again

👉 Comment “TRANSFORM” and I’ll send it straight to you.

And if you’re ready for personalised guidance, you can also book a Hormone Strategy Call to get clarity and a clear plan forward.

You don’t have to live in survival mode.

The emotional toll of hormonal imbalance 🤍

Hormones don’t just affect your cycle — they affect how you show up in your life.

Conditions associated with excess oestrogen can quietly (and sometimes loudly) take over your day-to-day. When your body is navigating ongoing imbalance, it can feel exhausting, isolating and overwhelming.

Heavy periods, migraines, nausea, pain and mood swings aren’t “just part of being a woman.”
They can deeply impact your ability to work, socialise, stay active, care for your family — and care for yourself.

High oestrogen can show up as:
* Mood swings, anxiety, low mood or depression
* Weight gain (especially around the abdomen, hips & thighs)
* Constant fatigue, heaviness, low motivation
* Heavy or painful periods
* Migraines & headaches
* Brain fog & difficulty concentrating
* Low libido

If this resonates, please know: your symptoms are valid and your body is communicating with you — not failing you.

Support, investigation and personalised care can change everything ✨
You don’t have to push through or normalise suffering.

Struggling with adult acne and wondering why your skin won’t calm down?
You’re not alone — and the reasons are often deeper than skincare.

Here are the top contributors I see in my clients every single week:
1. High androgens (like testosterone)
This is especially common in women with PCOS, coming off the pill, moving into perimenopause, or dealing with stress-driven hormone imbalance. When androgens climb, breakouts often follow.

2. Low nutrient levels
Your skin needs zinc and omega-3s to heal, regulate oil, and reduce inflammation. If you’re not getting enough through food, your skin will tell you.

3. An overburdened liver
Your liver filters everything — from processed foods, preservatives, artificial ingredients, and alcohol… to environmental pollutants, pesticides, and all the personal care products we apply daily.
When your liver is overwhelmed, it often shows up through the skin.

If you’re tired of guessing and want to get to the root cause of your breakouts — hormones, nutrients, detox pathways — I can help.

📩 Send me a message and let’s get clarity on what’s really driving your skin concerns. Your skin is communicating… let’s listen.

How to Improve Your Periods Naturally

If your cycles feel a little off lately — painful, heavy, irregular, or just unpredictable — here are a few powerful ways to bring your body back into balance 👇

1. Manage Stress
Your hormones love calm! Prioritise daily relaxation — whether that’s deep breathing, a walk outside, or journaling. Don’t underestimate the power of emotional support — a therapist can help if stress feels constant.

*Helpful supplements: Ashwagandha, Magnesium, and B Vitamins.

2. Reduce Inflammation
Hormonal health starts in the kitchen. Limit processed foods, alcohol, refined carbs, and vegetable oils. Instead, focus on whole, colourful, nutrient-rich meals filled with fresh fruit, veggies, quality proteins, and healthy fats.

3. Morning Sunlight
Balance your hormones by syncing your body clock. Get 10–20 minutes of sunlight first thing in the morning to reset your circadian rhythm and support healthy cortisol levels. At night, swap bright screens for soft, warm lighting to help your body wind down.

Small daily shifts = smoother cycles, better moods, and more energy all month long.
