It is normal and valid to feel angry and overwhelmed by motherhood when we are expected (by ourselves, others & society) to be the "perfect caregivers" while juggling all our other roles (like worker, housekeeper, wife, daughter, sister, friend and so on) without a supportive village and/or our guilt, shame and self-criticism preventing us from accessing our support network.
