Under Australian law, it is illegal to buy, possess or use liquid ni****ne for va**ng without a prescription from a registered Australian medical practitioner.
In Australia, medicines and poisons are listed in the poisons standard and are classified into categories called Schedules, which determine how they are regulated. Ni****ne is classified as a Schedule 7 ’dangerous poison’, along with arsenic and strychnine. The exceptions to this classification are ni****ne in to***co for smoking and medicinal ni****ne replacement products. - yes I know it’s crap they can sell all those devices at the supermarket & pharmacies yet we cannot have ni****ne in our liquids
You may import 3 months’ supply at a time for personal use, up to a total of 15 months’ supply per year. The law requires you to have a prescription from a registered Australian doctor. Keep the script at home, or as a photo on your phone in case it is required. However, the TGA warns that there may be risks in importing ni****ne from overseas suppliers as quality cannot be guaranteed!
Liquid ni****ne cannot be sold in Australia without approval from the Ministry of Health.

I know it’s hard purchasing your first juices and what MG ratio to mix etc but we’re all here to help , we’re all here to offer advice !
So please - before you put a post up offloading your “spiked” juices take a step back , take a moment to think about the community and everyone within it , have some consideration for the businesses doing the right thing !
If you see a vendor within Australia selling ni****ne - report them 🛑
If you see someone selling ni****ne on a FB page - report to admins 🛑
If you don’t know where to contact to report someone selling ni****ne - contact a vendor they will have the details within their state and where you need to contact to report it , the more vendors being disrespectful & selling ni****ne the more chance there is to have va**ng taken away from us all together!!
We as a community need to stand together to fight for our rights !
