Had a successful day implanting sacral neuromodulation devices for overactive bladder. I offer this surgery to those women who suffer from urinary urgency and incontinence who do not respond to Physiotherapy, Lifestyle modification and medications. The device is like a pacemaker but controls the bladder. The new devices have a great longevity of almost 17 years with wireless rechargeable features and they are the size of a USB!
