The festive season can bring a lot of food related worry along with it..
As hard as it is, try not to stress.
These are the 3 main reminders I give to my clients when they ask how to ‘tackle’ the holiday season 🎉
🎄 Worried you’ll drink too much? Well make sure you stay hydrated with water!
🎄Worried you’ll over eat at Christmas lunch or dinner? Well make sure you eat some normal meals during the day leading up to it. This way you wont arrive to a meal ravenous and risk ‘over eating’.
🎄 If all else fails, make sure to, at the very least, have something for breakfast! Set your day up properly every single time. Regardless of what the day before or day ahead looks like, have your breakfast 🤞
