Meet Bernie ~ our new Remedial Massage therapist.

Bernie’s interest in the benefits of massage and body mechanics means she is very passionate about helping clients achieve a better quality of life by offering a wide range of therapy, such as: relaxation, sports, lymphatic drainage, myofascial cupping, injury prevention and pain management.

After completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, she has since worked with a range of clients including children, seniors, athletes and people with chronic conditions.

Getting to know her clients is very important to Bernie. She works to identify the most effective treatment plan for each client, ensuring it is devised based on their individual circumstances. Therefore, she’ll be interested to thoroughly understand your habits, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing and health history.

Bernie grew up in Sydney and moved to the South Coast to enjoy a more gentle lifestyle. In her spare time, you’ll find her cooking up a storm in her kitchen or tending to her veggie garden.
